100° Celcius
Boiling temperatures will destroy bacteria

83° Celcius
Reheated food should reach 83° Celcius in the middle

75-80° Celcius
Poultry and meat are the safest when the middle reach these temperatures

37° Celcius
This is the ideal temperature for bacteria to grow

4° Celcius
Food is safe when stored at 4° Celcius, but only for a short amount of time

2° Celcius
It is even better if it is stored at 2° Celcius

-18° Celcius
Bacteria won’t grow at -18° Celcius but most bacteria are not killed either
