Method

  1. Combine the pork, egg, tomato paste, stock powder and parmesan cheese. Mix well. Shape into meatballs 2-3 cm in diameter.
  2. Place the meatballs in an ovenproof dish in a single layer. Pour the sauce over. Cover.
  3. Cook in a preheated oven, 180°C, for 20-30 minutes or until the meatballs are just cooked.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs and serve with pasta.

  • 500 g Trim Pork mince
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic stock powder
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 500 g jar pasta sauce (tomato)
  • chopped, fresh herbs
