Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Place the spareribs in a baking dish.
  3. Combine all other ingredients and pour over the spareribs.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 45 - 60 minutes.
  5. Baste frequently with the cranberry mixture during cooking.

Ingredients

  • 2 kg 100% New Zealand Pork Spareribs, cut into individual ribs
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced chilli
  • 2 tablespoons runny honey
