Barbecue Paints

Four variations to paint on the pork prior to barbecuing:

1. 1 tablespoon reduced salt soy sauce and 1 teaspoon curry powder
2. 1 tablespoon reduced salt soy sauce and 1 teaspoon five spice powder
3. 1 tablespoon reduced salt soy sauce and 1 teaspoon minced chilli
4. 4 tablespoons plum sauce and 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Barbecue Sprinkles

Three tasty variations to sprinkle over the pork prior to cooking on the barbecue:

1. 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon rind and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
2. 1 teaspoon crushed garlic and 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
3. lemon pepper, to taste

Barbecue Spreads

Spread either of these two over pork before barbecuing:

1. finely crushed garlic, to taste
2. finely grated root ginger, to taste
