Quick and Easy Stir Fry Pork

Method

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a wok or heavy fry pan until hot and then stir fry the pork mince for about 5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  2. Add sauces, carrot and bean sprouts and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the noodles.

To serve

Serve on individual plates in a lettuce leaf.

Tips:

  • Sang Choy Bow- a good way to get the kids to eat vegetables.
  • Always heat the oil and brown the mince before adding other ingredients.
  • If pork is marinated; drain pork before stir frying
  • Always ask for 100% New Zealand Pork.

Ingredients

  • 500g New Zealand Trim Pork Mince
  • 1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce ( optional)
  • 1/2 cup Lee Kum Kee Sweet & Sour Sauce
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 cup crispy noodles
  • Lettuce leaves
