Always look for 100% New Zealand Fresh Pork

Schnitzel, fillet and pork mince are ideal pork cuts for stir frying. Cut schnitzel or fillet into thin strips.

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or fry pan.
  2. Add the cashew nuts, pork and ginger and stir fry until pork is brown.
  3. Add the red pepper and vegetables and lightly stir fry until just cooked and still crispy.
  4. Add the reduced salt soy sauce, stir to heat through and serve.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup cashew nuts
  • 300 g New Zealand Pork stir fry
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 red pepper, deseeded and cut into strips
  • 2 cups stir fry vegetables e.g. courgettes, red onions
  • 2 tablespoons reduced salt soy sauce
