Always look for 100% New Zealand Fresh Pork

Method

  1. Heat a little oil in a heavy based pan, add the New Zealand pork rump and brown on all sides. Transfer to a large heavy based saucepan.
  2. Add the chopped vegetables, apple cider vinegar, lime juice and water to the saucepan. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer about one hour until the pork is cooked.

  • 500 g New Zealand Pork rump

  • 3 cups chopped vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 cups water
  • Freshly ground black pepper
