Method

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or frypan and stir fry the pork, ginger and spring onions until pork is cooked.
  2. Add the orange slices, juice, sweet chilli sauce and Udon noodles and stir fry until noodles heated through.

To serve

Serve with Asian green vegetables or a green salad.

Ingredients

  • 500g Trim Pork stir fry
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2 spring onions, finely diced
  • 2 oranges, 1 peeled and sliced and 1 squeezed for juice
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 pkt Udon noodles
