Method

  1. Place Thai Red Curry and pork in a large saucepan, bring to simmer and simmer sauce for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the mushrooms, pineapple and pepper and continue simmering a further 5 - 10 minutes until pork is tender and mushrooms are soft.

Ingredients

  • 300 g pork leg schnitzel, sliced into strips
  • 1 can (410 g) Thai Red Curry Simmer Sauce
  • ½ pineapple, peeled, cored and diced
  • 200 g button mushrooms, quartered
  • 1 green pepper
