Method

  1. Brush the ribs with the sauce and marinate in a resealable plastic bag in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  3. Place ribs on a lined oven tray and bake for 45 minutes, turning after 15 minutes.

If you don't have Lee Kum Kee Spare Rib Sauce, make your own by shaking together into a jar:

  • 1 tablespoon each tomato sauce, liquid honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon each grated fresh ginger, garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon each chilli powder, Chinese 5 spice powder

Hints/Tips

  • Also great on pork chops or pork slices, simply brush the chops/slices and marinate for two hours before BBQing.
