Method

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients together.
  2. Place the spareribs in a large dish and pour the marinade over, toss well.
  3. Cover and leave in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  4. Place in oven preheated to 180°C.
  5. Cook 1 - 1 1/2 hours, turning occasionally until the ribs are cooked.

Ingredients

Marinade:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup satay sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • Pinch salt

Spareribs:

  • 1.5 kg spareribs, cut in half horizontally
