Method

This recipe is so quick and easy - you simply put everything in the baking dish and roast for 30 minutes or until the meat is cooked and tender.

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Spread all ingredients in a baking dish and simply roast until the meat is cooked through and tender - approx. 30 minutes.

To serve

Serve with a side dish of a crisp green salad.

Ingredients

  • 4 Trim Pork Steaks, cut into 3 pieces
  • 2 tablespoons pitted black olives
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 can diced or sliced tomatoes in juice
  • 1-2 small chorizo sausages, sliced
  • Pepper to season

Variation

  • Substitute the Trim Pork Leg Steaks with Trim Pork Loin Medallions or Trim Pork Shoulder Steaks
