Method

  1. Spray the flat or grill plate of the BBQ with oil spray.
  2. Heat BBQ plate to medium hot.
  3. Place on chops, fruit and vegetables and leave for 3 minutes.
  4. Turn and leave for further 3 minutes.
  5. Remove and keep warm for 3 minutes before serving.

Hints/Tips

  • Remember the 3 minute rule when BBQing pork steaks and chops; 3 minutes each side and 3 minutes resting before devouring.
  • If pork has been marinated be sure to drain and pat dry before BBQing.

  • 2 pork loin chops
  • 1 apple, cut into rings or quarters
  • 1/2 capsicum, sliced
  • 2 lemon segments
