Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  2. Place the ham and rice in a greased baking dish.
  3. Mix the blue cheese, yoghurt, sour cream, milk and egg together and pour over the ham and rice.
  4. Bake for about 1 1/2 hours or until set.
  5. Serve garnished with tomato slices.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams diced ham
  • 250 grams cooked risotto rice
  • 70 grams blue vein cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • tomato slices

Variation:

  • Substitute the yoghurt and sour cream with milk.
