Method

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C.
  2. Lightly grease a 26cm quiche or pie dish.
  3. In a bowl beat together the eggs and milk.
  4. Stir in all remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour into dish and bake 45 minutes or until firm to touch and top golden brown.

To serve

Serve with chutney and a crisp green salad.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup chopped 100% New Zealand Ham (or Bacon)
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped seasonal greens - asparagus/broccoli/beans/peas
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup self raising flour
