Pork patties are succulent, tender and super delicious. They’re also a great way to change up the flavour of your burgers. Check out our hearty pork burger recipe below for a quick and easy family meal.

500g NZ Pork mince
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
2 teaspoons coriander, chopped
1 onion, sliced
4 burger buns
½ cup mayonnaise
2 cups baby rocket leaves
1 tomato, sliced
Mix the pork mince, parsley, garlic and coriander together.
Shape into 4 large patties, and rest in the fridge until they’re ready for cooking.
Heat the BBQ grill to medium high and grill for 5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear when the middle is pierced with a knife.
Split the buns in half and drizzle with mayonnaise.
Place some rocket leaves on the bottom, then the tomato and onion slices, then the pork burger. Top with more rocket leaves, and drizzle with more mayonnaise.
