There is nothing quite like a traditional pork sausage, grilled to perfection.
One of the problems with grilling pork sausages, however, is the potential for dry meat, and splitting sausage skins. The best way to avoid this is by using two different temperatures while grilling.
Prepare the BBQ for two grill zones, one on high heat, and another on medium heat. Place the sausages on the high heat first to sear on all edges.
Shift the sausages to the medium heat and continue to grill until cooked through.
