BBQ Pork Rubs

A rub can transform your meat into a taste sensation with only a few ingredients and little time. These rubs are especially great for summer BBQs!

2 New Zealand pork chops, steaks, or cutlets

Zesty

1 Tbsp lemon rind, finely grated

1 Tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped

1 tsp salt

Aromatic

1 tsp garlic, crushed

1 tsp caraway seeds

1 tsp salt

Lemon Pepper

1 Tbsp of lemon rind, finely grated

1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

1 tsp salt

Ingredients

2 New Zealand pork chops, steaks, or cutlets

Mix

In a bowl, mix the ingredients together.

Sprinkle the rub over your New Zealand pork steaks or chops and massage them in. Then use the 6+2+2 method to cook - you'll have it on the table in only 10 minutes!

These rubs will also work well for pork roasts, especially a fillet or ribeye.
