Hoisin NZ Pork Noodle Stir fry

Who doesn’t love a one-pot wonder to sort a dinner dilemma? On the table in 15 minutes, this dish will fast become a family favourite

500g NZ Pork stir-fry strips (or NZ Pork steak cut into thin strips)

2 x 200g packet udon noodles

1 Tbsp vegetable oil

¼ c hoisin sauce

2 Tbsp oyster sauce

200g bag classic coleslaw

4 spring onions, sliced

½ c roasted cashew nuts (optional)

Ingredients

500g NZ Pork stir-fry strips (or NZ Pork steak cut into thin strips)

2 x 200g packet udon noodles

1 Tbsp vegetable oil

¼ c hoisin sauce

2 Tbsp oyster sauce

200g bag classic coleslaw

4 spring onions, sliced

½ c roasted cashew nuts (optional)

Prepare the noodles

Place noodles in a large heat-proof bowl. Cover with hot water and stand for 2 minutes. Gently separate. Drain.

Cook the pork

Toss NZ Pork with oil in a bowl.

Heat a large, oiled wok over medium to high heat. Add NZ Pork in two batches and stir fry for 2 minutes or until browned.

Remove from pan.

Add the remaining ingredients and serve

Add combined sauces and 1/3 cup of water to wok with noodles. Gently toss for 1 minute or until noodles are hot.

Return NZ Pork and toss until warmed through.

Add coleslaw, onions and cashews (if using). Remove from heat.

Toss until coleslaw is just wilted.

Serve.
