Here's a mouth-watering twist on boiled eggs and soldiers that will put a smile on the faces of both little and big kids this Easter!

300g Food Snob Cypriot Halloumi

Prepare the halloumi and bacon soldiers

Slice the Halloumi into 3cm wide soldiers.

Remove rind from bacon rashers then slice in half lengthways.

Wrap bacon around halloumi soldiers and place on an oven tray lined with baking paper.

Grill the bacon and halloumi soldiers

Grill for 12 minutes (Tip: finish off for an extra minute in a sandwich press or air fryer to get the extra crispy!)

Cook the eggs

Boil eggs for four minutes and slice off the tops.

Dip soldiers in the yolk and enjoy!
